Secret Garden
Secret Garden is an exploration of a fantastical world that evokes the joy and excitement of my childhood. Having adventures in nature as a child, observing animals, butterflies and natural elements and combining them with my dreams led me on a journey into its own unique and strange world that I have always longed to inhabit. These worlds are reminiscent of Maurice Sendak’s mysterious island of the wild creatures and the Whimsical adventure of Alice’s Wonderland. In this project, I unleash my imagination to release images from the past, allowing them to merge and form surreal worlds- where I long to belong. Together, these pieces form a bridge between the innocence of childhood and complex dreams of adulthood, creating spaces where imagination is a path to both joy and redemption.
